Administrator required for a temporary role in North Tyneside. This will run from 20th April this year until the end of February next year. The hours will be part-time 3 days per week 9am to 5pm.
The Role
Working for a construction related business, you will be part of a small, friendly office team. Duties are of a general admin nature and will include ensuring that all site staff have attended the required training, booking refresher training as required; updating CHAS and Construction line as necessary and monitoring the fleet tracker. There is a small element of social media updating, and the processing of repair/maintenance requests to ensure they are dealt with.
The Person
Applicants must have strong admin and IT skills and be comfortable working in a small team environment. Experience of working in the construction sector would be brilliant but this is not essential as there will be a 6 week handover from the person going on maternity leave.
Remuneration
£13.00 per hour PAYE
