Administrator required for an ongoing temporary role in the Hebburn area. This is a full time role, working office hours.
The Role
Working as part of a customer care team (not a call centre), you will be responsible for managing a busy email inbox, sharing the emails with the relevant people, calling customers to let them know when construction work is being carried out and updating databases.
Working hours are 8.00am to 4.30pm
The Person
Applicants must be experienced administrators, have a great phone manner and strong IT skills.
Remuneration
£12.75
