Assistant Site Manager
A requirement for a Assistant Site Manager within the new build housing sector is required in East Yorkshire
Key Responsibilities include:
- Support daily operations by supervising contractors, coordinating trades, materials and deliver the program on time
- Maintain health and safety regulations by conducing site inductions, monitoring safe working practices and ensuring compliance with H&S
- Monitor build quality, regular plot inspections and ensure work meets the standards set out by the client and building regulations
- Track construction progress and maintain site records, assist with the property completions and support the site manager in coordinating the project
Experience required:
- Proven experience as an assistant site manager or similar role within the new build housing sector
- Strong understanding of the build programme, new build housing and site operations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to coordinate and motivate site teams.
- Relevant qualifications such as CSCS/SMSTS/FA
