A brand-new opportunity for an experienced Bid Designer & Coordinator to join a successful and growing construction business in South Tyneside. The role will provide key design and administrative support across the tender and bid process.

The Role
Responsibilities will include:
- Receiving, processing and tracking incoming tenders
- Managing tender and outcome tracking systems
- Maintaining tender portals and company information
- Supporting pre-qualification and selection questionnaires
- Formatting and quality checking bid submissions
- Maintaining the company Bid Library
- Using InDesign to create the bids for proposal
- Using PowerPoint to create presentations using existing case studies from the Bid Library
Experience Required
Applicants will ideally have worked in a similar role within construction and have examples of their work available. However, applicants with strong InDesign and PowerPoint experience, including examples of their design work would also be considered.
Essential attributes include:
- Substantial Adobe InDesign and PowerPoint experience
- Excellent written and administrative skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong organisation and time management
- Ability to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines
- Confidence communicating with stakeholders at all levels
Remuneration
£30,000 to £38,000 depending upon experience
