The Role
This is a staff position, an opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager to take the lead in development of a commercial team, while supporting the continued growth of the regional business division. The role involves;
- Overseeing the commercial performance of multiple projects, ensuring successful delivery and maintaining profitability
- Strengthening client relationships to drive repeat business
- Developing junior staff to run own schemes
Experience Required
This Commercial Manager position is an ideal progressive step for a QS with experience in a senior commercial role within civil engineering, to demonstrate leadership skills and the ability and desire to develop and manage a commercial team. It is essential to show the following:
- Demonstrated success in delivering infrastructure or groundwork projects
- Excellent knowledge of contracts, cost control, and commercial strategy
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Remuneration
Salary will be negotiable depending on experience, ranging from £80,000 upward plus comprehensive benefits package, and long-term career progression within a growing regional business.
