The Role
The Commercial Manager will work closely with the business leader to drive growth initiatives and strengthen commercial capability. Responsibilities include providing strategic commercial insight, supporting tendering and work-winning activity, overseeing procurement processes, and ensuring accurate commercial tracking and reporting across projects. The role will act as a central point of commercial governance and support for operational teams.
Experience Required
- Proven experience in a commercial management role
- Strong understanding of strategic commercial decision-making
- Experience supporting work winning, procurement, and project commercial management
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively in an office-based, collaborative environment
