An opportunity has arisen for a Contract Manager to join a long established and reputable construction contractor.

The Role
Overseeing multiple construction projects from pre-contract stage through to final account. You will play a key role in managing commercial performance, contracts, and relationships across a diverse project portfolio.
Experience Required

Overseeing and managing multiple construction contracts simultaneously

Lead contract administration from pre-contract through completion

Manage budgets, cost control, valuations, variations, and final accounts

Negotiate and manage subcontractor and supplier agreements

Identify, manage, and mitigate contractual and commercial risks

Work closely with project managers, site teams, and senior leadership

Ensure projects are delivered in line with contractual, commercial, and compliance requirements
Remuneration
£55,000 per annum, alongside associated benefits and car/car allowance.
