An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a well-established housing developer delivering residential schemes across the North East.

The Role
The Contracts Manager will oversee multiple housing developments, taking responsibility for programme delivery, cost control, quality, and health & safety compliance. The role involves managing site teams, coordinating subcontractors, monitoring performance, and working closely with senior management to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Experience Required

Proven experience in a Contracts Manager role within residential development

Strong understanding of new build housing processes and standards

Ability to manage multiple sites and teams simultaneously

Sound commercial awareness and contract knowledge

SMSTS and CSCS certification
Remuneration
From £80,000 per annum plus benefits package
