An opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a well-established civil engineering contractor delivering highways and structures projects across West and North Yorkshire and North Lincolnshire. This permanent position offers the chance to oversee multiple projects with the support of a strong management team and experienced site delivery teams.

The Role
The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing multiple civil engineering contracts, leading site teams, monitoring programme, cost and quality, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
Experience Required
Applicants should have previous experience as a Contracts Manager within the civil engineering sector, with a strong background in highways and/or structures projects. Excellent leadership, commercial awareness and communication skills are essential, together with a proven track record of successfully managing multiple contracts.
