An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a well-established construction business delivering projects across the build, civil engineering and roofing sectors. This role is suited to a commercially aware and organised professional with a proven track record of managing multiple projects from inception through to completion.

The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple contracts, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest standards. Duties include managing site teams and subcontractors, monitoring programme and costs, maintaining client relationships, ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements, and reporting on project performance.
Experience Required
- Previous experience as a Contracts Manager within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of build, civil engineering and/or roofing projects.
- Excellent organisational, leadership and communication skills.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and programmes effectively.
- Relevant construction qualifications and a valid UK driving licence are advantageous.
