The Role
The Contracts Manager will take responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple housing infrastructure projects across Yorkshire and County Durham. Duties will include managing site teams, monitoring programme and budgets, maintaining client relationships, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and driving quality and commercial performance across all contracts.
Experience Required
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within civil engineering or housing infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of roads, sewers, drainage, and residential infrastructure projects.
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and client management skills.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and project performance.
- A full UK driving licence.
