Seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Care Technician to join a new build housing team on a permanent basis. In this vital role, you will be responsible for carrying out aftercare repairs, diagnosing defects, and ensuring homeowners receive outstanding service and support long after their move-in. Your expertise will help foster positive relationships with residents, delivering high-quality solutions across a range of trades including joinery, plumbing, plastering, decorating, and remedial works. You will attend customers' homes to perform warranty repairs, maintain accurate records of your visits and work completed, and communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners, colleagues, and subcontractors. Representing the company with professionalism and integrity, your focus will always be on achieving high levels of customer satisfaction while adhering to health and safety standards and company policies.
- Previous experience as a Customer Care Technician, Multi-Skilled Operative, or similar role within the new build housing sector
- Confidence in a broad range of trades with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and exceptional customer service abilities
- Professional, courteous, and capable of working independently while managing your own schedule
- Full UK driving licence essential
- Relevant qualifications or trade background desirable
