Customer Experience Coordinator (TLO) required for a new, permanent role in the North East. As this is site based, there will be travel around the region but the role comes with a car/allowance and fuel card.
The Role
Working for a regional construction business, you will be responsible for the provision of support to social housing tenants during planned work on their home. This could new kitchens, bathrooms or windows and new heating installations.
The role involves visiting customers in their homes to explain the planned works, record any individual requirements, and ensure a courteous and considerate service throughout.
The Person
Applications are welcome from people with strong customer facing and admin skills. A driving license is essential as is the flexibility to travel to locations including Sunderland and Teesside.
The salary is £30,000 and this role comes with a car or car allowance and a generous fuel card scheme.

£30,000 per annum
