Customer Experience Coordinator (TLO) required for a six month contract in the Teesside area. The purpose of this role is to provide clear, professional communication and support to social housing residents during planned programmes of refurbishment work,
The Role
The role involves visiting customers in their homes to explain the planned works, record any individual requirements, and ensure a courteous and considerate service throughout.
The Person
Applicants will ideally have experience in a similar role and some knowledge of the social housing sector. However, applicants with plenty of customer facing experience and strong communication and IT skills will also be considered.
Remuneration
£15.40 per hour PAYE
This is a temporary position and Corepeople Recruitment Limited will be acting as an employment business for the supply of temporary workers to the hirer.
