Customer Experience Coordinator (TLO) required for a contract in Teesside and/or Sunderland.  This is to cover various holidays and will straddle several projects across three social housing providers.

The Role
Working for a construction company, as part of a busy team, you will support tenants during improvement works to their homes.  This could include new windows and doors, new kitchens or bathrooms or new heating systems being installed.  The large part of this is face to face, within their home – explaining the work that is to be carried out and addressing any queries or issues that they may have.  You will also be issued with a tablet to complete digital forms and a laptop and mobile too.  The hours are 8.00am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday and there is also a fuel allowance payable weekly. The role starts mid-June and will run to the end of September.  There is the possibility of this becoming permanent but that is not guaranteed at this time.

The Person
Applicants must have experience of delivering customer service in a similar, face to face setting.  Strong people skills are an absolute must, coupled with good IT skills and own transport.

Remuneration
£15.40  per hour PAYE
