Customer Experience Coordinators (TLOs) required for several long term contracts in the Wearside area.
The Role
Working as part of a busy team, you will support tenants during improvement works to their homes. This could include new windows and doors, new kitchens or bathrooms or new heating systems being installed. The large part of this is face to face, within their home – explaining the work that is to be carried out and addressing any queries or issues that they may have. Access to a car is essential and mileage is payable.
The Person
Applicants must have experience of delivering customer service in a similar, face to face setting. Strong people skills are an absolute must, coupled with good IT skills and own transport.
Remuneration
£15.00 - £16.00 per hour PAYE
This is a temporary position and Corepeople Recruitment Limited will be acting as an employment business for the supply of temporary workers to the hirer.
