Blyth Data Centre - Civil, Structural, Architectural Lead

Principal contractor set to deliver a large section of the new hyperscale data centre in Blyth.
Role
CSA Lead required to manage areas of work involving civil, structural, architectural elements throughout the duration of works. The project is expected to run in excess of five years - this is a site based, full time, staff position. As the development expands, opportunities for progression to manage other major packages of work or to step up into higher level roles are likely.
Experience Required
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Design Manager within main contracting, or Project Manager from a design consultancy background, to work on a major project in the North East region. Applicants should possess a relevant degree in accompanied with several years experience on large construction projects, with a strong understanding of CSA and MEP interfaces, management of third parties and organisation within project teams, and working to schedule within high value, complex and changing construction projects.
Remuneration
