The Role
The Design Manager will take responsibility for managing the design process from pre-construction through to project completion. Duties include coordinating consultants, ensuring designs meet client and statutory requirements, managing design risk, and supporting project teams to deliver schemes on time and within budget.
Experience Required
- Proven experience in a Design Manager or similar role
- Background in education sector construction projects
- Strong understanding of design coordination, procurement, and construction processes
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, consultants, and stakeholders
