The Role
The Earthworks Foreman will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification. Duties include supervising site teams, coordinating plant and materials, monitoring progress, and maintaining health and safety standards. Close collaboration with site management and subcontractors will be essential to ensure efficient project delivery.
Experience Required

Proven experience in a Foreman or Supervisory role within earthworks, civils, or groundworks

Strong knowledge of site operations, health and safety regulations, and industry best practices

Ability to manage teams and coordinate workloads effectively

Relevant tickets and certifications (e.g. SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS)

Good communication and organisational skills
