The Role
Opportunities are available for Estimators to join the pre-construction team, working across a varied portfolio of both small and large building projects. The role will involve preparing accurate tenders and estimates, working closely with the wider commercial and operational teams, with ongoing support and development available.
Experience Required
Suitable candidates will have estimating experience gained within a main contracting or building subcontractor environment. A strong understanding of construction processes, pricing and tendering is required, together with good attention to detail and commercial awareness.
Remuneration
Salary negotiable depending on experience, alongside opportunities for professional development and long-term career progression within a growing regional contractor.
