The Role
The Estimator will support the preparation of cost estimates for new build and refurbishment projects across a range of sectors. Responsibilities will include analysing drawings and specifications, assessing materials and labour requirements, and assisting with tender submissions. This role provides a strong foundation for building a long-term career in estimating.
Experience Required
- Some experience in an estimating role or a background in quantity surveying or engineering
- Confidence working with numbers and strong analytical skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good understanding of building processes and construction methods
- Enthusiastic, motivated and keen to develop professionally
