Opportunity for a Finishing Foreman to work on a new build housing development in Gateshead for up to 6 weeks.
The Role
Oversee the customer care requirements on a housing development including a hands on approach, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Responsible for coordinating trades, supervising site teams, maintaining safety protocols, and ensuring smooth project delivery within specified timeframes.
Strong leadership skills, practical knowledge of finishing works, and a keen eye for detail to effectively manage on-site activities and uphold the company's reputation for excellence.
Keeping customers up to date with the ongoing works and scheduled works booked in.
Experience Required
Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman within the new build housing sector.
Strong understanding of finishing works, including internal and external finishes, fixtures, and fittings.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to coordinate and motivate site teams along with a professional positive attitude.
Relevant qualifications such as CSCS/SMSTS/FA.
Remuneration
£25.00 to £27.00 per hour.
