Finishing Manager
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Finishing Manager to oversee the final stages of a new build housing project in North Tyneside
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring that all finishing works are completed to the highest standards of quality and precision
- Coordinate with various trades, manage schedules, and ensure that the project adheres to timelines and specifications
Experience required:
- Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman or in a similar role within new build housing developments
- Strong understanding of finishing trades, including plastering, carpentry, and painting
- Valid CSCS card/SMSTS and relevant health and safety certifications
- Strong communication and leadership skills to manage and motivate teams, with atttention to detail and commitment to quality standards
