An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Framework Quantity Surveyor to support the preconstruction phases of regional, high-value and high-profile projects. This permanent position offers involvement in strategically important schemes from inception through to site commencement.

The Role
The Framework Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing all commercial activities during the preconstruction phase, ensuring projects are commercially structured and fully prepared for handover at the point of operational commencement on site. This includes cost planning, risk management, procurement strategy input and commercial governance across framework projects.
Experience Required
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a framework or preconstruction environment
- Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
- Experience working on regional, high-value construction projects
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and ensure a smooth transition from preconstruction to delivery
