The Role
The General Foreman will oversee day-to-day site activities, manage a team of tradespeople, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification. Responsibilities include monitoring progress, reporting on site performance, and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations.
Experience Required

Proven experience as a General Foreman or Site Supervisor within civil engineering or construction.

Strong knowledge of site management, health & safety standards, and construction processes.

Ability to lead and motivate teams, manage multiple tasks, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Relevant certifications and CSCS card preferred.
