Group Compliance Manager required for a new role with a construction business in Newcastle. This is a full-time, permanent role.
The Role
The Group Compliance Manager is responsible for overseeing and monitoring project compliance across the Group. The role supports key areas of the business, ensuring that the Company’s Quality, Environmental, Management and Safety Systems (QEMS) are consistently implemented, maintained and continuously improved. Reporting to the Operations & Systems Manager, the postholder will work closely with Operational Company Heads, project teams and system stakeholders to ensure that company procedures, ISO standards and digital construction systems are effectively embedded and adhered to across all operating companies. The role requires a collaborative and structured approach to governance, audit support, process improvement and system compliance within a live construction environment
The Person
Applicants must have previous experience within a Compliance, Quality or Document Control role (2–3 years+); Experience working within construction or project-based environments and a working knowledge of Project Information Management Systems. Furthermore, applicants must also have experience of compiling O&M Manuals and a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Remuneration
£35,000 per annum
