An experienced HSE Advisor is sought for a permanent position based in Teesside, supporting a portfolio of industrial, civils, and petrochemical projects. The Role
The HSE Advisor will be responsible for promoting a positive safety culture across multiple project sites. Duties will include conducting site inspections and audits, supporting risk assessments and method statements, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, and providing guidance to site teams on best practices. The role will also involve incident investigation, reporting, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Experience Required
- Proven experience in an HSE role within industrial, civils, or petrochemical environments
- Strong knowledge of UK health and safety legislation
- Relevant qualifications such as NEBOSH Certificate (or equivalent)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work independently and across multiple sites
