Sales Progressor required for a new, permanent role in the Newcastle/Northumberland region. This is a full-time permanent role with a prestigious, luxury developer.
The Role
You will manage the legal and administrative process from property reservation to final completion and be responsible for liaising between buyers, solicitors, mortgage brokers, and site teams to ensure timely contract exchange, reducing fall-through rates, and ensuring a seamless customer experience for new home purchases.
Key Responsibilities
- Pipeline Management: Monitoring and managing the progression of multiple new build plots from reservation to exchange and final completion.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Acting as the main point of contact between buyers, sales advisors, solicitors, and financial advisors to ensure swift communication.
- Documentation & Compliance: Ensuring all legal documents, buyer paperwork, and mortgage offers are secured, checked, and exchanged within required timeframes.
- Problem Solving: Proactively identifying potential delays (e.g., mortgage issues, legal enquiries) and resolving them to prevent sales from falling through.
- Customer Service: Keeping buyers updated regularly to ensure a positive, professional experience.
The Person
Applicants must have previous (or exceptionally relevant) experience of this type of work. They must have a comprehensive understanding of the conveyancing process. Strong admin skills and the ability to manage a high-volume workload. Excellent communication skills are essential as is the ability to remain professional whilst working under pressure.
Remuneration
£35,000 circa per annum
