National House Builder seeks new, experienced Sales Executive for a development in Leeds. The site is based not far from Temple Newsham and close both the M62 and M1 access points.
The Role
The site is around 50% sold and still has a good 12-18 months left on it. The development is a mixture of apartments and smaller homes, all the way up to 5 bedroomed properties. The sales office is open 9.30-5.00 Thursday to Monday inclusive.
For adept and experienced house sales people, the salary is £28,000 basic with a commission of around £15,000 and this is coupled with 2% for extras and uncapped for surveys.
