An opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join a well-established contractor delivering reactive maintenance, rehabilitation works and small projects within the utilities sector across the North East. Due to an extremely busy workload, this role offers long-term stability and the chance to manage a varied portfolio of works within the water industry.

The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing reactive maintenance schemes, rehabilitation works and small-scale projects from inception through to completion. Duties will include programme management, coordinating site teams and subcontractors, ensuring health and safety compliance, managing budgets and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
Experience Required
- Proven experience in a Project Manager role within utilities or civil engineering
- Background in water industry projects, reactive maintenance or rehabilitation works
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple live projects within a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and project delivery processes
