Part time – Planner – Main Contractor

Successful regional building contractor with a solid portfolio and history of delivering new build and refurbishment projects throughout the North East ranging up to £5m value.
Role
A Planner is required on a part time basis, likely to be 3 days a week in the office. This is an ideal opportunity for a Planner or Project Manager with a strong technical background and software capability to step into a part-time role, contributing building knowledge and expertise to support work winning and delivery in a variety of sectors.
Experience Required
Building construction experience, organising and managing programme and deadlines, input with tenders and process management experience are all advantageous to this post. The capability to use Microsoft Project/Asta is imperative.
Remuneration
Competitive salary, paid pro rata.
