Planner – Building Contractor - Newcastle

The Role
An opportunity has arisen for a Planner to join the regional team, responsible for the creation, development, and monitoring of detailed project programmes. The role involves close collaboration with both work-winning and operational management teams to track key objectives, manage changes, and oversee critical milestones. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time and in line with strategic goals.
Experience Required
- Proven experience in a planning role within a project-driven environment
- Strong understanding of project programming and scheduling techniques
- Ability to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams, including bid and operational functions
- Proficiency in relevant planning software (e.g. Primavera P6 or similar)
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project requirements
