Project Coordinator required for a new permanent role in Durham. This is within civil engineering to support the delivery of infrastructure projects.
The Role
This role involves compiling summary programmes, producing monthly reports, and ensuring timely, accurate reporting to meet client milestones. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, collaborating across teams, and contributing to successful project outcomes. Duties will be as follows:
- Compile programme information from project teams, subcontractors, and client representatives
- Ensure all key reporting milestones and dependencies are accurate and regularly updated
- Work closely with planners to ensure consistency between project and framework-level reporting
- Deliver programme updates and reports within agreed timeframes and to the required quality standard
- Take ownership of the monthly reporting cycle and ensures all submissions are issued on or before client reporting deadlines
- Communicate programme related issues to the Client as appropriate
- Build strong working relationships with project teams, framework partners, and clients
The Person
Applicants will ideally be experienced in a project coordination, scheduling, or reporting role, within construction or engineering. They must have strong IT, communication, organisation and time management skills. As this will involve travelling between site, the role requires a driving licence and offers a car allowance and fuel card.
Remuneration
£30,000 to £40,000 per annum.
