The Role
The successful candidate will take responsibility for the planning, coordination and delivery of a large healthcare building scheme, ensuring the project is completed safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards. The role includes managing site teams, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining client and stakeholder relationships, overseeing programme delivery and ensuring compliance with all contractual and health and safety requirements.
Experience Required
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry.
- Strong track record of delivering large-scale building projects, ideally within the healthcare sector.
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercial awareness with experience managing project budgets and programmes.
- Good knowledge of construction contracts, health and safety legislation and quality standards.
- Relevant construction or engineering qualification preferred.
