An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join a large and well-established civils contractor operating across the North East of the UK. This is a permanent position offering long-term career progression within a major regional contractor.
The Company

The Role
The Project Manager will be responsible for the successful planning and delivery of civil engineering projects from inception through to completion. Key duties will include programme management, cost control, subcontractor coordination, client liaison, and ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Experience Required

Proven experience as a Project Manager within the civils or infrastructure sector

Strong knowledge of project planning, commercial control, and site operations

Ability to manage teams, subcontractors, and multiple stakeholders

Relevant construction or civil engineering qualifications
Remuneration
£60,000 to £75,000 per annum plus vehicle and attractive benefits package.
