A Project Manager is required to lead major construction schemes valued at £20m+ across
Yorkshire. The position offers responsibility for full project delivery, programme management,
stakeholder coordination, and on-site leadership.

The Role
The Project Manager will oversee all phases of project execution, from pre-construction through
handover. Duties include managing programmes and budgets, coordinating subcontractors,
maintaining site standards, driving progress, and ensuring compliance with contractual, safety,
and quality requirements. Effective communication with clients, design teams, and internal
delivery teams is essential.
Experience Required
• Proven experience managing £20m+ construction schemes
• Background with a main contractor
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of NEC/JCT forms
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams
• Excellent planning, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Appropriate construction-related qualifications
Remuneration
£75,000 to £85,000 per annum plus additional benefits.
