Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced Freelance Construction Project Manager to oversee the delivery of a sector-leading, multi-million-pound industrial project. 4 month contract in Sunderland.
The role will involve full project oversight, including programme management, contractor coordination, cost control, and ensuring delivery to the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance.
Key requirements:

Proven experience managing large-scale industrial or complex construction projects

Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and reporting skills

Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment
Experience required:

Demonstrable experience delivering large-scale industrial or heavy-engineering projects

Strong knowledge of construction methodology, sequencing, and site logistics

Proven capability in programme management, risk mitigation, and cost control

Experience managing principal contractors and multiple work packages

Strong understanding of HSEQ and statutory compliance
