Quantity Surveyor - Tier 1 building main contractor

The Role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be an integral part of the project team, responsible for managing costs, procuring subcontractors, and ensuring that the project stays within budget while maintaining high standards. Your role will involve site-based work, with close coordination with both the site team and senior management. Key duties will include cost reporting, variations, procurement, and contract administration.
Experience Required

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry, preferably within a main contractor environment.

Experience on large-scale commercial building projects.

Strong understanding of construction contracts and cost management.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or equivalent is desirable.
