The Role
A Quantity Surveyor is required to join the commercial team on a permanent basis. The role will involve managing costs across construction projects from pre-construction through to final account, working closely with project teams to ensure financial efficiency and commercial control. The successful candidate will contribute to the effective delivery of projects while supporting the continued growth and stability of the business.
Experience Required
Previous experience in a Quantity Surveyor role within the construction industry is required. Experience working in a main contractor or building subcontractor environment on new build and/or refurbishment projects would be advantageous. Strong commercial awareness, effective communication skills, and the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment are essential.
