The Role
An opportunity has arisen for a Project or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a dynamic team on a project-based assignment within the North East. The role will involve working across commercial building developments, taking responsibility for cost management, procurement, and financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
Experience Required
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry, ideally in the commercial sector
- Ability to manage workload independently and take ownership of projects
- Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
- Experience working for a main contractor is advantageous
- Effective communication and organisational skills
Remuneration
Salary will be dependent on experience, with a competitive package available for the successful candidate.
