The Role
An exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor with 2–3 years’ (or more) post-graduate experience to take the next step in their career. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, this role offers increased responsibility across multiple projects, including the opportunity to manage larger schemes independently. Involvement spans the full project lifecycle, from tendering and estimating through to delivery. Responsibilities also include supporting the Commercial Manager in mentoring junior team members, stepping in to manage client relationships when required, and promoting commercial awareness across site teams.
Experience Required
- A minimum of 2–3 years’ post-graduate experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- Strong understanding of commercial processes within construction projects
- Experience or exposure to tendering and estimating
- Ability to manage projects with a degree of autonomy
- Confident communication skills, with the ability to engage clients and internal teams
- Ambition to progress and take on greater responsibility
Remuneration
Salary ranges from £30,000 to £42,000 plus car allowance. A competitive benefits package is on offer, alongside clear and rapid progression opportunities within a growing and forward-thinking business.
