Quantity Surveyor - Civils/Energy sector - Teesside

The Role
The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for commercial management of civil engineering works, supporting cost control, procurement, valuations, and contractual administration. Close collaboration with project and site teams will be required to ensure financial performance and compliance with contract requirements.
Experience Required

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor on civil engineering projects

Strong understanding of commercial and contractual processes

Experience within energy, infrastructure, or large-scale engineering projects is advantageous

Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams
