The Role
An opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to join a successful commercial team, supporting the delivery of social housing refurbishment projects throughout the North East. The position is split between the office and project sites, with flexibility to work from home where appropriate. The role offers genuine scope for career progression within a business that is continuing to expand.
Experience Required
- Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry.
- Experience working on refurbishment, social housing or planned maintenance projects is advantageous.
- Strong commercial and contractual knowledge.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A full UK driving licence.
