The Role
An opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to join the North East team, supporting the commercial delivery of a strong portfolio of building projects. The position is predominantly office based, with regular site visits and flexibility to work from home when required.
Working closely with project and commercial teams, the Quantity Surveyor will have responsibility for supporting the financial and commercial management of projects from procurement through to completion, with scope to develop within an established contractor environment.
Experience Required
- Quantity Surveying experience within a building or contracting environment.
- Ideally a couple of years’ post-graduate experience.
- Relevant degree or equivalent Quantity Surveying qualification.
- Good understanding of commercial and contractual processes.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive approach with the ambition to develop a long-term career within a leading contractor.
