Quantity Surveyor - Specialist Contractor – Teesside

The Role
An excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor or Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join the team has arisen. Support and development training will be provided, responsibilities increased in line with capabilities, and career progression opportunities openly made available in line with performance. The position will require travel to sites, possible overnight stays once or twice a month, and a focus on cost management via labour and plant outputs and strategy.
Experience Required
- Quantity Surveying experience within any type of contractor environment will be well suited to this position as commercial skills will transferable and support will be given
- Applicants should possess aspirations to learn and progress, coupled with good communication, organisation and time management skills
- Qualifications relating to quantity surveying are essential, minimum HNC level
Remuneration
Salary will be negotiable depending on experience, ranging between £28,000 and £48,000 per annum, plus a car allowance.
