Quantity Surveyor - North East based Contractor

The Role
The Quantity Surveyor will take responsibility for managing projects from pre-contract through to final account. Duties include cost control, procurement, contract administration, valuations, and financial reporting across multiple schemes, both regionally and nationwide.
Experience Required
- Proven experience in a Quantity Surveying role
- Background in education, commercial, health, or leisure projects
- Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with project teams
