Quantity Surveyor - Water Sector

The Role
The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for commercial management across water industry projects, including cost control, valuations, change management, and final accounts. The role involves close collaboration with operational and project teams to ensure contractual and commercial compliance under NEC contracts.
Experience Required
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within civil engineering
- Background in water industry projects is preferred
- Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts
- Experience managing costs, variations, and commercial reporting
- Ability to work effectively within a project delivery environment
