Quantity Surveyor - Housing infrastructure

Established housing infrastructure company focussed on plotworks and civils work for private housebuilders and social housing contractors, with a strong portfolio throughout the North East.
Role
A Quantity Surveyor is required to join the team, taking responsibility for projects autonomously. The position reports to a Commercial Manager. The role is split between the office and home based working with site visits planned into the schedule.
Experience Required
This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor who enjoys managing their own workload and can work autonomously, forging good relationships with project managers and client quantity surveyors. Confidence to negotiate when variations occur is essential.
Remuneration
Competitive salary plus car/car allowance and other package benefits.
