Role
The Quantity Surveyor position available provides a fantastic opportunity for progression from a commercially focussed position within the industry into a more autonomous role. As part of the team delivering water related schemes, the QS will be involved in NEC Target Costs Contracts, Design & Construct schemes across water treatment processes, water storage and conveyance, MEICA, ICA & SCADA, environmental impact and flood prevention.
This is a hybrid role working between the regional office, sites and home.
Experience Required
The successful applicant will have a degee in quantity surveying (or civil engineering) with some experience within a quantity surveying role gained in the local construction industry. Any prior experience of NEC contracts will be advantageous. Any experience in use of extranet and electronic project management systems, and an understanding of project planning is desirable.
Remuneration
Salary will be negotiable and full package includes a generous car allowance, pension and healthcare schemes.
