Building main contractor - Quantity Surveyor

The Role
The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for the commercial management of projects from pre-construction through to final account. Duties include cost control, valuations, variations, subcontractor management, and financial reporting, working closely with project and site teams.
Experience Required
- Proven experience in a Quantity Surveying role within a main contracting environment
- Background in education and/or commercial projects preferred
- Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in an office-based team environment
